Dear Team managers,
In order to assist your team with organising volunteers, we have organised the canteen roster, please see 2nd image. Could you please advise your team that one to two volunteers are required to fulfil your allocated time.
We ask that Volunteers please sign in & out at the canteen, depending upon the time and number of people available we may ask you to complete one of the following jobs:
• BBQ cooking
• BBQ food service – making bacon & egg rolls, steak sandwiches etc (not handling money)
• Canteen front server (not handling money)
• Canteen food service – making hot dogs, roast meat rolls etc (not handling money)
• Restocking drink fridges
• Washing up
• End of day cleaning up BBQ and Canteen

It is also possible though that is we have enough helpers from other teams at the time that we may advise you that you are not required. 
The sign in book is to assist us with recognising the volunteers. We are working on a monthly draw for our volunteers please keep your eye out for these announcements once we have finalised the details. The more times you volunteer the more chances you have a winning!
